Jet Store
The system is designed with a capacity of 120 cones (10 trays and 12 cones in each row) or 240 Cones (20 trays each tray 12 Cones) which can be loaded at a time for feeding to JETPACK(Wrapping Unit).

Single Cone Weight
The programmable weight indication system ensures that the weight of each cone is within the tolerance range before loading to the Packing machine.

Jet Pack

Cone Inside Labelling
The system automatically adheres the label to each tube before wrapping. The tag information is sent from the ready-to-edit template or sent by the customer's system.

Automatic Weight Control
The Automatic Weight Control System measures the weight of the cone moving on the step Conveyor of the JetPack section and automatically ejects the cones if not within the set tolerance.

Jet Bag
The JETBAG system is the process of bagging wrapped cones into HOPE bags as per the pre-set matrix with a Cone base or nose placed alternatively. The cones are moved into the pre-positioned bags and the filled bags are automatically tilted to be easy for the workers to stitch & unload.

Bag Weight Control & Labelling
The system weighs the filled bags and generates a label that can be pasted automatically or manually. The bags can remain in the horizontal position or can be rotated vertically.
Jet Box
The JET BOX system places the cones into automatically set-up folded boxes or manually opened boxes as per the given matrix (3x2, 3x3, 3x4). The filled boxes are automatically transported to further processes like Weighing, Labelling, and Strapping.

Jet Pal
JetPal unit picks the wrapped cones with unique soft gripping and places them on a pallet with a separator between the layers. Upon request, the automatic feeding & empty pallet with weighing units can be attached. The machine can also be used for unwrapped cones.

Jet Pal / Bag / Box
The JET PAL/BOX System comes in various forms supporting a variety of patterns, speeds, and types of formats in applications. Picking up from the boxing line (Jet box) and depositing boxes from the sides produces safer and seamless handling without affecting box closing quality. Upon request, automatic feeding of empty pallets and automatic transfer to pallet wrapping machine with weighing and labeling can be added. The machine is suitable to work with a different boxes and pallet sizes with a number of patterns.
Jet Pal / Stretch
The JET PAL/STRETCH System is designed for automatically wrapping palletized products with stretch bands (like Cone Pallets, Bag pallets, or Box Pallets). Adjustable Turns, Upper and Lower laps, Tension, Auto Weighing of pallets and Labelling increase the Standard of Wrapping with a top press Unit.
